Zack Riordan Unfiltered.

For nearly 60 years, USS Liberty survivor Phil Tourney has been trying to tell the American people what happened on June 8, 1967. In this powerful interview with Zack Riordan, he shares a firsthand account of an attack that left 34 Americans dead — and a story that many believe was never fully told.
What you’re about to hear isn’t history from a textbook — it’s the voice of someone who lived through it.

🎧 A Story They Hoped You’d Never Hear

USS Liberty survivor Phil Tourney sits down with Zack Riordan Unfiltered for a raw and unfiltered conversation about one of the most controversial events in U.S. military history.

This isn’t theory.
This isn’t opinion.

This is eyewitness testimony.

“We Were Clearly Identifiable”

Phil describes a ship flying the American flag, operating in international waters — with no confusion about who they were.

And yet, the attack came.

Wave after wave.

💥 Jets. Napalm. Torpedoes.

What the USS Liberty endured wasn’t a single strike — it was a sustained assault:

• Fighter jets strafing the ship
• Napalm dropped across the deck
• Torpedo boats closing in — one strike ripping open the hull

In a matter of hours:

34 Americans were killed
174 were wounded
• A U.S. Navy ship was left fighting to stay afloat

🧭 “We’ve Been Trying to Tell the Truth Ever Since”

Phil doesn’t speak in politics.
He speaks in experience.

For decades, he and his fellow shipmates have carried the weight of that day — and the belief that the full story has never been properly told.

Listen While You Still Can

There are fewer USS Liberty survivors alive today than ever before.

Every interview matters.
Every word matters.

Because once they’re gone…
so are the firsthand accounts.

🕊 This Is About the 34

At the center of everything are the 34 American servicemen who never came home.

Phil Tourney continues to speak for them —
because they no longer can.

🇺🇸 Never forget the USS Liberty.
Never forget the 34.
